Below is everything you need to know about my custom orders from what they are, how they work, and how much they cost!
What is a Custom Order?
A custom order allows you to order any plush I have made, customize it, or even order a character I haven't made yet. You can change its color, add accessories, and add clothes. Below is a gallery of all the plushies and accessories I have currently made with their prices. If there is a character, accessory, or outfit you are looking for that I have not made yet we can discuss it! Keep in mind that prices will vary if you are ordering something I have not made yet due to the design fee. Please read over all of the information below, including the custom order rules before filling out a form!

I am constantly making and designing new characters and plushies so not everything on my socials are on this list. Don't worry though, as long as the finished product is posted on my socials you can order it!!

This is just a list of accessories I have already made and priced. If you are looking for something that is not on this list we can discuss it and make it happen.

Please note that this does not mean you have made an order with me, just a confirmation that I can do make it so when custom orders are open you can fill out a form with confidence.

Custom Order Rules
Rule 1) The custom order form must be filled out correctly. Any incorrect form will be discarded!

Rule 2) You will be contacted within 24 hours via email and failure to respond to that email within 48 hours will result in your form being discarded. I will only reach out to you with the email AnaGurimiCustomOrders@gmail.com!! Please do not respond to any other email with a different name to prevent being scammed!!

Rule 3) A deposit of no less than half of your total must be paid before I can begin your order. The deposit must be paid through either PayPal (There is a $3 fee for using PayPal), Venmo, or Cashapp! (Once I begin working on your order the deposit is no longer refundable!!!)

Rule 4) Either the deposit or full payment must be paid no later than a week after the completion of the form.

Rule 5) You must have an email I can contact you though so we can discuss the details of your order.

Rule 6) All communication is to remain professional. Any derogatory, misogynistic, racist, political, or religious comments can lead to the cancellation of your order.

These rules are put in place to protect my time and my work. They allow me to continue to crochet for you guys so thank you in advance for complying. Custom Order FAQ
How many plushies can I order through a custom order?
You have a limit of 3 plushies.

How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks (not including shipping). I am a college student and I am the only person making these so please be patient. If you order a plush and need it by a specific date I cannot guarantee that it will happen.

Can you design a character you haven't done?
I can! I'm most known for turning characters into cats but I have also made new characters as well. Keep in mind that if you want something I haven't made yet there is a design fees.

What is a design fee?
A design fee are for custom orders of characters I have not made yet. This fee will vary based off how intricate and costly your character is to design. Since I have not made it, I won't know how much time or materials your plush will take so instead I will charge you a design fee to help me compensate for my time and resources.

Would it be possible to combine the elements of 2 different plushies you've made?
Depending on which plushies you wanted to combine I should be able to!

What happens if you are out of stock of the color I want?
I will order more of the requested color and once it arrives I will continue your order.

Would it be possible to add an accessory that isn't on the list?
Depending on the accessory, yes! For more intricate accessories I will use acrylic yarn instead of plush yarn to help ensure you get everything you're looking for. I can also order new accessories such as ribbon, charms, keychains, etc to add to your plush. (you will be charged for any accessory I have to order)

Do I have to tip?
Tipping is not a requirement!! If you'd like to tip you can but if you choose not to, it will not affect the quality of your plush!!

Why is there a $3 fee for using PayPal?
PayPal has large tax fees that end up taking a decent chunk away from all transactions. This fee helps me compensate for that.

What is the best way for me to contact you about my order or a question I have that isn't answered above?
For any questions about custom orders such as "can you make this?" please email me at AnagurimiCustomOrders@gmail.com. For all other kinds of questions you may either reach out through my website chat or Etsy. Please don't reach out through social media for important questions. I get a lot of spam and scammers there so I don't regularly check my message requests on social media.

Will my order get taxed?
Yes. You will be responsible for paying taxes on you order total (excluding shipping). Since I am a New York resident you will be taxed 8%.

Can I get a refund for my order if I decide I no longer want it?
Yes and no. I require no less than half of the payment upfront before I begin any order. Once I begin working on your order you are no longer eligible for a refund. If you reach out before I begin working on it then you will receive you deposit back. If you instead paid in full and would like a refund you will only receive half of your payment back.
